For computer help, we also offer assistance every Thursday evening 5-7pm in our retail store. Bring in your computer (laptop or desk version) and support gear and we will help you solve your problem. Just another reason to become a Duet user!

Regulatory fees:
We continue to hate fees and surcharges as much as you do. We work very hard to keep your wireless service bill to a minimum. But, unfortunately, we will be adding a Universal Service Fund (USF) Surcharge of 5.5% to all voice plans as of July 1st, 2011. This surcharge covers charges incurred by Duet to recover costs associated with governmental programs.
Duet surcharges are fees that we must collect that help defray costs imposed on us. Surcharges are not taxes on you or amounts we are required to collect from you by law. Surcharges are charges incurred to recover costs associated with governmental programs, fees, and certain taxes imposed upon Duet. The amounts, and the components used to calculate Surcharge amounts are subject to change.
There is some good news. Also, effective July 1st, 2011, the Telecommunications Access Minnesota (TAM) charge on your bill will be reduced by $0.04, again for all voice plans.
Accounts on auto-pay will be adjusted to automatically reflect these changes. If you're making manual monthly payments, you'll need to adjust those.
